chúng ta nhập dữ liệu từ nhiều máy, sau đó kết nối chúng lại trong một chương trình
thống nhất. Phần này khá quan trọng vì ảnh hưởng đến toàn bộ dữ liệu của chương
trình, nên hãy đọc kỹ từng bước và các chú ý trong hướng dẫn này.<o:p></o:p></span></h4>

<h2><span>I. Cách nhập dữ
liệu từ nhiều máy<o:p></o:p></span></h2>

<p>Trước tiên, để nhập dữ liệu từ nhiều máy, mỗi máy sử dụng đều phải được cài
đặt chương trình như hướng dẫn trên <a href="http://quanlygiaoxu.net">website</a>.
Sau khi cài đặt hoàn tất, chúng ta bắt đầu nhập dữ liệu cho từng máy.</p>

<p>Phải xác định rõ máy nào là máy chính, máy nào là máy con (máy phụ). Dữ liệu
của các máy con sẽ được tập trung về 1 máy chính.</p>

<h2><span>II. Cách kết nối dữ
liệu từ nhiều máy về một máy<o:p></o:p></span></h2>

<p>Sau khi đã hoàn tất việc nhập dữ liệu trên từng máy, ta thực hiện từng bước
như sau để kết nối dữ liệu được nhập vào chung một máy:</p>

<p>1. Sao lưu dữ liệu chương trình (bước này thực hiện ở các máy con)</p>

<p>- Vào menu &quot;Hệ thống&quot;, chọn mục &quot;Sao lưu dữ liệu chương
trình&quot;</p>

<p>- Chương trình sẽ hỏi nơi lưu trữ tập tin sao lưu, chọn thư mục lưu trữ tập
tin này (tập tin có đuôi .zip)</p>

<p>2. Kết nối dữ liệu nhập từ nhiều máy (bước này thực hiện ở máy chính)</p>

<blockquote style='margin-top:5.0pt;margin-bottom:5.0pt'>

<p>- Chép các tập tin của các máy con ở bước II.1 vào một nơi nào đó mà có thể
truy cập được ở máy chính.</p>

<p>- Vào menu &quot;Hệ thống&quot;, chọn mục &quot;Kết nối dữ liệu từ cùng
chương trình&quot;, một màn hình hiện ra như sau:</p>

<p>- Nhấp nút &quot;Chọn&quot; và chọn 1 tập tin của máy con.</p>

<p>- Chọn mục “Chép đè nếu có dữ liệu trùng nhau” nếu chắn chắn dữ liệu từ tập
tin được chọn phía trên chứa dữ liệu chính xác hơn, nếu không chắc điều này xin
đừng chọn mục này. Ví dụ: trong dữ liệu chương trình chính và chương trình phụ
đều có anh “Nguyễn Văn A”, nhưng chương trình phụ lại phụ trách thông tin về
anh này nên dữ liệu của chương trình phụ chính xác hơn, khi kết nối, chương
trình chính sẽ lấy thông tin người này của chương trình phụ đè lên thông tin người
này trong chương trình chính. <i style='mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>Mục này chỉ
có tác dụng nếu thỏa điều kiện được nêu trong mục “các lưu ý” bên dưới.</i></p>

<p>- Nhấp nút &quot;Bắt đầu&quot; để bắt đầu kết nối dữ liệu. Lúc này, nút
&quot;Bắt đầu&quot; sẽ chuyển thành nút &quot;Tạm dừng&quot;.</p>

<p>- Nút &quot;Tạm dừng&quot; và &quot;Hủy bỏ&quot; cho phép ta tạm ngưng hoặc
hủy bỏ quá trình kết nối dữ liệu, tuy nhiên điều này không được khuyên dùng.</p>

<p>- Sau khi kết thúc quá trình kết nối, chương trình sẽ thông báo kết quả
thành công hay thất bại. Có thể có lỗi xảy ra giữa chừng thì chương trình sẽ
thông báo cho biết lỗi tại giáo dân / gia đình nào. Nếu có bất kỳ trục trặc
nào, xin vui lòng liên hệ tác giả.</p>

<p>- Tiếp tục chọn tập tin của máy con khác cho đến khi đã kết nối hết tất cả
các tập tin.</p>

<p><b>Các lưu ý (nên đọc kỹ):</b></p>

<blockquote style='margin-top:5.0pt;margin-bottom:5.0pt'>

<p>- Phải đảm bảo phiên bản chương trình trên máy chính cùng phiên bản hoặc mới
hơn phiên bản dùng trên máy con nhập liệu.</p>

<p>- Chương trình chỉ kết nối thông tin Giáo họ, Gia đình, Giáo dân.</p>

<p><i style='mso-bidi-font-style:normal'><span
style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span><b style='mso-bidi-font-weight:normal'>Điều kiện
kết nối chính xác</b>: Kể từ phiên bản 2.0.0.2 chức năng kết nối dữ liệu được
nhập từ nhiều máy đã được nâng cao để đảm bảo không có dữ liệu trùng lặp không
mong muốn trong quá trình kết nối dữ liệu nhập từ nhiều máy. Tuy nhiên, chức
năng này chỉ hiệu quả nếu 2 máy nhập liệu đều là phiên bản mới nhất. Trong đó:
máy phụ phải bắt đầu nhập liệu từ phiên bản mới (nghĩa là chưa từng có dữ liệu
của phiên bản trước kia), máy chính phải là phiên bản mới. Nếu đảm bảo các điều
đó sẽ không sợ bị trường hợp trùng dữ liệu không mong muốn nữa.<o:p></o:p></i></p>

<p>Nếu chưa đảm bảo các yêu cầu trên, xin đọc kỹ các lưu ý bên dưới.</p>

<p>- Trước khi kết nối, cần xem xét kỹ lưỡng dữ liệu của từng máy để đảm bảo hạn
chế tối đa việc sai sót dữ liệu. Vì việc thực hiện kết nối này chỉ nên thực hiện
duy nhất 1 lần cho mỗi tập tin sao lưu từ máy con. Thực hiện nhiều lần trong một
số trường hợp có thể dẫn đến trường hợp trùng dữ liệu.</p>

<p>- Sau khi đã kết nối dữ liệu các máy con chung vào một máy chính, các máy
con cần được phục hồi lại tình trạng như khi vừa cài đặt chương trình (không có
dữ liệu) để tiếp tục nhập liệu nếu cần thiết.</p>

<p>- Tránh tuyệt đối việc sửa dữ liệu đã được kết nối vào máy chính trên máy
con (hoặc ngược lại) rồi sau đó lại kết nối lần nữa. Việc chỉnh sửa chỉ có thể
diễn ra nếu dữ liệu máy đó chưa từng được kết nối vào máy chính lần nào, nếu
không sẽ có thể xảy ra trường hợp trùng dữ liệu sau khi kết nối vào máy chính.
Nguyên nhân của việc này có thể hiểu như sau:</p>

<blockquote style='margin-top:5.0pt;margin-bottom:5.0pt'>

<p>Khi kết nối dữ liệu của máy con vào máy chính, ứng với từng giáo dân, chương
trình sẽ so sánh &quot;<i>tên thánh, họ tên, phái, ngày sinh</i>&quot; để nhận
biết giáo dân đó có tồn tại trong chương trình chưa, nếu chưa thì nhập, nếu có
rồi thì bỏ qua. Giả sử ta đã nhập 1 giáo dân Nguyễn Văn A (sinh ngày
17/11/1982, phái Nam, tên thánh Matthêu) từ máy con vào máy chính. Sau đó ta
phát hiện ra nhập sai ngày sinh, ta nhập lại thành ngày 17/11/1983. Sau đó lại
dùng dữ liệu này kết nối vào máy chính lần nữa. Lúc này, chương trình trên máy
chính sẽ so sánh ngày sinh, thấy khác, sẽ xem như một giáo dân mới, nó sẽ nhập
thêm một giáo dân cùng họ tên, phái, tên thánh, chỉ khác ngày sinh, như vậy sẽ
dư ra 1 giáo dân. Đó là lý do vì sao được khuyên sau khi kết nối dữ liệu từ máy
con, nên phục hồi lại tình trạng ban đầu như khi chưa nhập dữ liệu cho máy con
rồi mới nhập tiếp. Lúc này, ta có thể chỉnh sửa dữ liệu trên máy chính mà không
lo bị trùng lặp thông tin không mong muốn. Vì lúc đó, máy con đã không còn dữ
liệu của người đã được nhập vào máy chính. (tương tự cho trường hợp nhập gia
đình)</p>
